Meet the Founder
Brent brings a rare combination of legal training and entrepreneurial drive to every project. With a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, he founded Caramba Development — formerly known as KGB Consultants — to bring enterprise-grade software development to businesses without enterprise-grade overhead, building on more than two decades of experience serving clients since 2002.
Beyond Caramba Technologies, Brent serves as Commissioner of the Texas Association of Independent Athletic Organizations (TAIAO) and Executive Director of the American Scholastic Conference, leading organizational and governance work for scholastic athletics across Texas. He's also the author of Beyond Bedlam: Simplify Your SaaS Journey, where he shares hard-won lessons on building sustainable software businesses.
Brent leads Caramba Technologies with the same principle that's guided his career: build it right, build it to last.
